Join us for SuccessFest, a dynamic event designed to connect current students and alumni with other alumni, community members and professionals in a festive and engaging environment. This "come as you are" event reflects our commitment to equitable access for all students and alumni, whether they’re exploring career options, developing networking skills or seeking internships, jobs or graduate school opportunities. 

We welcome participants excited to share their career journeys and experiences, whether or not they are actively recruiting. Feel free to advertise your opportunities, bring informational materials and share promotional items or snacks with students and alumni if you are actively recruiting. After the event, our recruiters can enjoy a complimentary meal in our cafeteria. A confirmation email with event details will be sent to all registrants a week before the event.

This event is proudly hosted in collaboration with the Athletic’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, Multicultural Affairs, Alumni Engagement and the Alex Lee Career and Professional Development Center.
