Join us on this 6.0-mile loop trail near Burnsville, North Carolina. Generally considered a highly challenging route, it takes an average of 3 hours and 11 minutes to complete and should only be attempted by experienced adventurers. This is a very popular area for birding and hiking, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are April through October. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.

The hike activity level is hard, with most of the hike being above 5000 ft in elevation. Required equipment includes a day pack with food and water. Hiking boots are recommended.
