Warm up your week with a hands-on Vietnamese food experience! Join us for “Building Pho-nomenal Bowls,” a fun and flavorful workshop presented in partnership between the Shuford Center for International Education (SCIE) and the Pacific Islander and Asian Students Involvement Association (PIASIA).

PIASIA aims to foster unity among Asian students and the broader LR community while spreading awareness of Asian cultures, traditions, and lifestyles. This event offers the perfect opportunity to learn about the cultural significance of pho—Vietnam’s beloved noodle soup—and explore the rich flavors and community spirit that make it special.
